



After graduating from Medicine at Monash University as Dux of his class, Tony spent five years in hospital training, initially intending to be a Psychiatrist, however he found he missed clinical medicine and commenced training to be a physician.
In 1972 he entered General Practice at the Centre Road Medical Clinic in East Bentleigh for six months while waiting to go to the USA to continue his studies in the relationship between psychological factors and illness.
In family medicine he found his home in a setting that treated people in a holistic way.
Tony remained in the same practice for thirty five years becoming a part of the community of East Bentleigh until this practice merged with Eastbound Clinic in
May 2006.
