As of May 2024, we require you to:
- Take a RAT test if you have any COVID symptoms
- Wear a mask to your appointment if your test is negative
- Book a telehealth appointment if you are COVID positive
It is recommended to wear a mask:
- For 7 days if you have COVID-19 or are a close contact
- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms
- If you are with people who may be vulnerable to COVID-19
- If you are visiting or working in a hospital or aged care
- If you know you are categorised as a high risk
Vaccines
The GPs consulting from Eastbound Medical Clinic can administer COVID booster vaccines. The Pfizer Omricon Bivalent vaccine is available to all adults aged 18 years and over.
Adults aged 75 and over are advised to receive a booster every 6 months. Adults at high risk under the age of 75 should also speak to their doctor about receiving regular boosters.
