Eastbound Medical Clinic is currently helping AutoMed to trial its new AI-powered interactive ChatBot system, designed to provide personalised answers, 24/7 service, and diverse options when booking appointments or seeking information.

If you’d like to help us gather the feedback that will enable AutoMed to refine its system in line with patient needs, we encourage you to use the ChatBot (affectionately dubbed EastboundBot) when booking your next appointment or seeking information about the clinic.
